AUGUST THEME: Winning and Losing

Everybody loves to win and no one wants to be a “loser,” and I’m sure you’ve noticed that more and more of prime-time TV is taken up with talent shows and “reality” shows where someone wins and someone loses. What does that say about what we are and how we see ourselves?

Do you have a story about a win or loss that made a difference in your life? If you haven’t had your story enacted by our team of actor/improvisors, you really are missing something. Or, if you prefer, just come to watch this unique community event.

As always, the first Friday of the month: August 7, 7:30 PM in the reception hall of the First Parish Church at the corner of Congress and Temple. Still a mere 5 bucks at the door.
